Delivery and postage costs
To our valued customers, we offer delivery within the whole of Croatia through the GLS company. Postage is charged at €6.00.
Delivery times are up to 3-5 working days. The packaging is done in such a way as to avoid any damage during normal transport. Before taking over, the customer is obliged to check the shipment visually, report any visible damage and, if necessary, refuse to receive the damaged shipment.
Complaints and returns
If you are not satisfied with the brandy or liqueur purchased in the online shop, you have the right to complain within the legal period. Just send us an e-mail with the remark COMPLAINTS.
In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to return the product to us within the agreed period. We will consider the complaint as valid if, after examining the product, we determine that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Obligatory Relations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In this case, within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint, we will replace the product, offer a repair or refund the entire amount paid.
